Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy speaks at a joint press conference with French President Nicolas Sarkozy at Moncloa Palace in Madrid (Spain) on January 16, 2012. During his visit Mr. Sarkozy was presented with the Collar de la Insigne Orden del Toison de Oro (The Collar of the Distinguished Order of the Golden Fleece) which he was recently awarded by King Juan Carlos ‘for his cooperation and commitment to the fight against terrorism’.
